The unique design of Tier on Tier features two separate shutter panels, one above the other, that can be operated independently. This allows you to open the top panel while keeping the bottom panel closed, or vice versa, offering the ultimate in light control and privacy.
Better suited to taller windows, Tier on Tier provide the privacy of full height shutters, or the appeal of Cafe Style all within the one design!
Operate via a traditional tilt rod or choose Clearview for an unobstructed view.
